Mcdonald's - Palm Bay

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 mocha frappes, but received a caramel with chocolate sauce instead. Both drinks were half melted. When I tried to explain the mix-up, the staff argued with me and insisted they had given me the correct order. After they practically threatened to take our drinks away, they drove off and never returned. I went inside and waited for 20 minutes, but the manager and coworkers ignored me and other customers who were also waiting to complain. It seems like the staff at this place need better training. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Be warned!

The staff attempted to clean up a ketchup spill instead of providing a new condiment. However, everything else about the restaurant was satisfactory. Just a minor inconvenience.

This restaurant is always very busy, but they excel in customer service and take the time to assist with orders instead of relying solely on machines. They also provide options for special requests. It is one of the quickest McDonald's locations in the area.

Terrible workers for the middle class. I thought her intercom went out and I couldn't hear the employees, so I went into the window to make my order. She then told me that she couldn't take my order and I had to withdraw that she didn't talk to me. I told her about my confusion, but she rolled her eyes on me and waved her hand in my face and told me to leave the line. it was a false communication and she treated me terriblely from no reason. I guess I shouldn't expect anyone working in a fast food chain anymore.

No one is there to take your order .They want you to use there screens. No I don't want to touch your dirty screens and there is icecream all over the floor no one has cleaned . Dirty place ! We left ,going to Arby's! Never to return to this scummy place.
