Placed an order here through the phone. We saw a promo through the app but the app was not working. I went to pick up the order and it was not placed at all. The lady at the counter had explained to me that the order was not placed/she didn?t have it. I could see the order was not in the hot box. I was trying to place the order again in person. She could not move on with life. She kept repeating that she didn?t have my order. It?s whatever you don?t have my order but I?m trying to place a new order I don?t understand why I can?t do that. She was completely rude throughout the experience and could not handle placing the new order and had to have someone else place the order. Wouldn?t suggest this location to my friends and family.
Called on a slow Tuesday night. 1 large pizza. 25 min they said.... Took 45 min. Total was $5 over the price on the phone when I placed my order. Payment was by card, but they said it was cash. Couldn?t get pizza until driver figured it out by calling store. Not drivers fault but poor communication and poor overall customer experience. The manager said the call was taken by the call center. Not the stores fault but the call centers fault for messing up the communication and ruining the experience for the store, staff, and the customers. Can?t recommend based off of this experience. Sigh..... maybe Dominos next time?? Idk
They gave our 3 pizzas away to another customer , we had to wait an addtl 30 minutes for ours , 2 other customers had same issue , employees appeard to have no clue as to what was going on behind the counter and mgr offered no apologies
I love the chicken alfredo pasta and the bread sticks are so good.
