Cooks hang out while a number of cars were waiting. Lights were closed from the place, this was at 1015 a.m., after the order was said to pull in a parking lot to wait for food that took 25 minutes to get. The cashier or the person who took the order was obviously tired or ready to go or maybe just didn't want to be there whatever is, she was short while taking our order. I gave two stars because people earn 2 chances. The malabar location is one of the best locations, food fresh and the workers are more friendly
I wondered why this Wendy always looks empty, so no more. I went through the thru drive last Saturday morning just before breakfast ended and as usual there were no customers except the one car that moved before me. The first problem was that when I showed my Qr code to be scanned by the Wendy's app, the female that sighed on the window and huffed as if it were a problem, the code wouldn't work... surprise! Then I got cold coffee without cream or sugar, although I asked twice if it was in there and she said it was. I gave it back and was told she would get it for me. I waited for more than five minutes before I went in, at what time a fresh pot was brewed... I finished my sandwich at the time, how long does it take? At this point I asked for an orange juice instead and the only good was that I got it without too much trouble. Don't get back to this place.
If employees wouldn't play so much, they could probably correct the order. This place gets my order wrong every time. No wonder his rarely busy
Ordered a medium 4 for 4. Came with a medium drink and a SMALL fry? Fry's where cold. To top it off the small fry was only half full. The burger buns where so stale I thought they toasted them. Great work keep it up.
