Had an 80th birthday brunch here this morning. Food was excellent with service to match. Dmitry, our server, handled an unexpected special request with aplomb. The ocean view from our table added to the experience. Worth the visit, you won't be disappointed!
I am a big fan of seaside dining and Graze did not disappoint. The hotel lobby is classic Four Seasons and the service excellent. The eggs were wonderful and the roasted tomato particularly tasty. Sit outside for a tranquil setting adjacent to the pool with great views of the ocean.
4.5 stars, but I'm rounding up because I loved the outdoor patio and it really is beautiful here. I spotted a Travelzoo voucher for brunch at Graze. $115 for two people...bottomless food and drinks. Graze is located inside the Four Seasons in West Palm, and I've wanted to do a West Palm Beach brunch for awhile. The atmosphere up there just seems so much more relaxed than Broward County. The voucher instructions were clear that reservations were required, and could only be used Sundays until the end of June. I called to make the reservation and mentioned the Travelzoo. They happily booked me and had plenty of openings. When we arrived we valeted the car and headed into the hotel. It's beautiful and I can see why the rooms go for the rate that they do. The staff was helpful directed us back to Graze, a restaurant with a view of the pool, and the ocean past that. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but I felt like brunch on the patio sounded nicer so we opted for outdoors. The service was great, the waiter helped me with my chair an immediately got us started on drinks. Each mimosa was made beautifully with a strawberry or orange wedge on top...no waiter coming around with pitchers, they were prepared at a mimosa station and delivered. In terms of food it was a buffet, but they had a beautiful raw bar and salad bar set up, and well as a sushi station. The only part of the buffet (and the imaginary deducting of the half star) I would complain about was the more breakfast area where there were bagels and other breads, and a toaster. A toaster just seemed a little chintzy at the four seasons. We were never rushed and spent a good part of the afternoon dining on shrimp cocktail, oysters, mussels, sushi, fruit, bagel, and lox, salad, eggs benedict with smoked salmon, and the dessert bar was absolutely beautiful with high end pastry chef quality items. I'm not one for sweets but there was a chocolate mousse cake with hazelnuts on top that was heaven. Despite having mentioned the Travelzoo in my reservation I was still a little nervous handing it over to the waiter. I love coupons but I don't want to be judged for using them. Our waiter however was gracious in accepting the voucher, and we tipped and were on our way. This was a really delicious and relaxing brunch experience, and if I see a deal again, I would definitely jump on it. Looks like the regular pricing for brunch here is $85 a person, and you could definitely eat and drink enough to justify that, but with the voucher at $60 a person I really felt for the quality of food and service it was a steal.
The breakfast buffet was delicious. They offered something for everyone from create your own omelet station to steal cut oatmeal and muesli. Their fresh juices are included in the $36 per person price. I ordered he detox green juice that was loaded with celery, spinach, Kiwi, banana, apples and some other delicious stuff! Yummy yummy!
