Echo Palm Beach

If you go between 5-6pm Tuesday through Friday it is happy hour on the first page of the menu. The food was delicious.

Kyle took excellent care of us! He recommend great pairing wine and sake for the chef’s sharing menu. I enjoyed the food. My favorite was the bao buns. The only thing I very much didn’t like is that they served all the food in two sets (appetizers entrees) so some of the food got cold by the time I got to it. I imagined that this was more of a tasting menu where they would bring each dish one at a time. Other than that everything was great. Also, they have complimentary valet.

This is my one of my favorite restaurants. I absolutely love it here. Gio is the best waiter ever. We always request him. He is very attentive, knowledgeable of all menu options, and kind. This mango lime sorbet is a little piece of heaven on earth!

Top notch in every possible way. Ended up sitting at the bar for dinner since we rarely get to sit at a bar these days with kids and the bartender was incredible in terms of service, suggestions, and overall friendliness. One dish was better than the next, exceptional menu makes it hard to decide. Ease of parking in the area is a plus. A great location for an enjoyable night out.

Our last dinner in Palm Beach so picked this place for the sushi originally but ended up not getting any because the prices seemed a little steep and I knew I could easily spend 100 and still be hungry. Went with some of the recommended dishes and it was some of the most delicious food I've enjoyed since my stay here. We shared the edamame (nothing special , the Peking Duck Bao Buns (wow, big chunks of duck in a soft bun , the Wagyu Filet steak (medium rare with Korean flavoring, delicious! and the Miso Glazed Sea Bass (highly recommend this, hands down the most flavorful fish dish I've had in years! For dessert we tried the soufflé, coconut and Oreo...very light and easy to enjoy even when full because it's just egg whites and sugar! Good service, nice ambience and someplace I'd return to if I'm back in Palm Beach.
