I can’t understand how that isn’t customary for a paying customer. The kid at the register stated the water had black stuff and that’s why it wasn’t allowed. Isn’t that water used to make pretzels?
I was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes for a pretzel, it was almost 5:30. I hadn’t bought one in years and was surprised to see that one pretzel costs almost $7.00 which is outrageous.
I haven’t had Auntie Anne’s in a very long time. I was so excited to have the BOGO in the rewards app so I can share the pretzel nuggets with my family. So much so that I took a picture after getting them to send to family! We finished the cinnamon sugar pretzels, and halfway through the salty pretzels the atmosphere changed greatly upon discovery of a very long strand of hair entangled in a pretzel nugget. Flavor wise, the pretzels were so delicious and service was also great hence my 3-star rating. However, I’m very grossed out by the long strand of hair discovery as it’s unsanitary and proper precautions should be taken by staff to prevent this from happening. Also $7.99 for one cup of pretzel nuggets is a lot of money imo for a snack item.
How is it that a soda can cost $5 and the cost of a refill is the same $5. It's a theft. The only site that works like this
The pretzels are good. But just the way they operate, gives them 0 stars. First, don’t advertise pretzels if you don’t sell them. Telling people we really don’t sell many pretzels and they are made to order and take a while. That sounds like bait n switch. Because you are basically advertising $6 pretzels and selling me $8 nuggets. It’s bad.And silverware. Then you sell me a product that requires a fork and tell me to take one from another store. That’s sketchy.Bad company. Management should be evaluated. Good pretzels.
