So delicious and fantastic for people with gluten and dairy allergies, or a vegetarian diet. There is something for everyone!

Service was great. However food was completely mid quality. I would not come here again. The soup was so watered down and tasteless it was crazy! I asked the waiter why it was like that and he replied “that’s how it is”. Sheesh. Meats were okay and the selection available was good though.

I've taken a huge liking to hot pot this year and Lemongrass in Boca kinda kills it. All you can eat style buffet where you make your own soup. You sit down, order your drinks and pick your base broth, then go to the bar to grab any meats (lot of seafood, and thinly sliced meats) and sauces. The vegetables, noodles, etc. are sliding around the restaurant on a conveyer belt. If you don't want to wait, you can walk around and grab what you want, and if it's not there you can ask the guy behind the counter and he'll get some for you if they have it. Lot of options in general, but I'm a little greedy and wish they had even more. But you basically cook your own ramen and build on the broth throughout the course of your meal and develop the flavors further by what you put into it. It's meant to be a casual dining experience that's not rushed, and they are open late all the time which is great. It's a bit far from me but I make the drive as often as I can.

Excellent hot pot restaurant. Very clean, superb variety of fresh ingredients. Service was perfect!
