Shen's Peking Chinese

I been getting take out from shens for quite some time but not anymore. I saw an employee drop the utensils on the floor and picked it right up, did not attempt to clean it. Food is average, ill find another place

Shen’s is a good choice if you’re hungry and don’t require fancy surroundings and prices. Food is consistent, the staff cordial and the prices reasonable.

We order from this restaurant specifically because you can ask to leave the onions out of the fried rice. This will be the last time, Which is a shame because we have been going to this restaurant for about 5 years now. My mother-in-law whose first language is Spanish, called to place an order. As she was placing the order, the woman that answered the phone stopped her and told her you need to stop doing that! I took the phone and asked her what the problem is, to which she replied she keeps ordering different things and asking for egg drop soup ! Not once to be order soup. The truth of the matter is that the lady who took our order is the one that couldn 't understand what was being said and very Angrily And rudely took it out on my mother-in-law. When my husband got there to pick up the food her excuse was that they were understaffed. Customer service goes a long way. If you don 't understand someone that is fine, but don 't be rude to your customers, especially your loyal ones.
