I've adjusted my review to reflect my experience—specifically, I asked for something that seemed unreasonable, but I was willing to pay an extra $4 for a modification. Your staff should provide more options instead of being dismissive. I felt that the employee's response was lacking warmth; there are certainly more polite ways to decline a request. For a $20 bowl and smoothie, I expect quality food, which I appreciate, as I manage multiple businesses and know the challenges of working with employees. The person handling checkout is crucial to your customer service. I recommend training staff on how to decline requests in a more courteous manner. Best, Thyssen.
Absolutely not as good as it was. Acai was very granular and there was not much of it in the larger bowl. Disappoint. It won't be back.
1. Let's go. My daughter and I took a few minutes to look over the menu. The woman at the register was quite insistent, asking us three times if we were ready, even though there was no one else behind us. It left me feeling a bit puzzled by the urgency. However, the food came out very quickly. My daughter, who is lactose intolerant, really appreciated that they offered almond milk for her smoothie. She raved about how delicious her drink was, claiming it was much better than what you’d find at Tropical Smoothie. The Thai wrap was fantastic—made with fresh ingredients and generous portions for the price. I noticed another customer struggling with the menu when he was also asked several times if he was ready. Despite the pressure to order quickly, the food was absolutely delicious, and even the gluten-free chips were tasty. The Acai bowls also looked appealing. I will definitely return. Maybe next time I’ll have a clearer idea of what I want before I go, so we won’t feel rushed to decide.
What a great experience. Rachel the manager welcomed me a big smile. All the workers were great and the food was excellent. It came out so fast. I ordered a smoothie and a bowl. I will come back
10/10 for the acai bowls..... 2/10 for the workers. I waited about 10 minutes to order. normally it would be justifiable.... But I was literally the ONLY person in there. While 5 people kept looking at me through the small service window in the kitchen/backroom, laughing and joking and then arguing over who was going to come take my order. The guy came out, what do you want . I ordered. He flipped the screen so I could tip and sign... And just walked away. I wasn 't greeted, I waited to order while being the only person in the store, and was dismissed immediately after paying. I 'll come back because you 're acai bowls are insanely delicious, but.... You 're establishment would be better if your workers cared about the customers.
