Dunkin' - Palm Beach Gardens

They're really is not a slower Dunkin Donuts when it comes to service in South Florida this one takes the cake.

Apparently won’t serve anyone after 6pm even though close at 7pm. first time of this problem. Usually haven’t had bad customer service til last week. Was very rude in drive up. Took my business to Starbucks across the street.

Girl at the front was very, very kind about making our drinks again and did everything to make sure we were good. Thank you for the customer service!

Need more counter help happened Friday 930 am. Only one person on the counter with line of 6. No one jumped into help. Coffee could have been hotter.

5 people in the store, no service, no come to the front but you can see them laughing and making jokes among themselves another guy came to pick up an uber order half was done he couldn't get service either the manager canceled the uber order cause he just couldn't get it right
