We are native and have been in the boathouse for many years, we have arrived for lunch today. divide the kingfish ceviche as an appetizer. it was totally disappointing . clunky pieces of kingfish in a bland marinade. ceviche should be a delicate...dish singing with taste, that was subduing and with an ugly price of $27 for a minus amount of kingfish, shaken with cos lettuce, it was a sweat. we then shared the fish and chips. exactly what it said. Oily broken fish with gray potato starch wedge, not real kartoffel. yes! not even an salat leaf or a bit gucmber as garnish, again for almost $30 it was terrible. I wonder what went wrong here, I think they only count on the tourist dollar and don't worry about return customers. either it's a shame, but they won't get us back!
Eat was exceptional, and the location is picturesque. had eggs and mushrooms, banana bread and skorn, coffee, green juice and milkshakes. in portions are very spacious large space, highly recommended
A stunning location and a great breakfast. with a view of the magnificent pittwater, it is a perfect place for breakfast. the menu is comprehensive. the coffee is great. at our visit it rained, but it is still a wonderful location. it is very busy and the...Warte can order a because at the theke, but the service is very fast. the food we had was great. I had lunch here some time ago and it was also very good.
A great place to eat. The setting is excellent. We had the prawns and fish and chips. And was all good. My only negative is people bring their dogs into the restaurant. I’m SC dog person but do not agree with them in a place...where food is being consumed.
