China Express - Palm Coast

My favorite dish at this restaurant was the General Tso's Chicken. It had a crispy exterior, tender interior, and just the right amount of sauce. The Chicken Lo Mein was also good, although a bit dry, which I actually prefer over being too greasy. The Vegetable Spring Roll was exceptional, with perfectly cooked veggies that were well seasoned and delicious. However, the Shrimp Fried Rice was my least favorite due to bland and soggy rice, despite the shrimp being cooked perfectly and flavorful.

Once again, everything was tasty and served piping hot. The Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables and Shrimp Egg Foo Young were outstanding. The Pork Dumplings with Crispy Noodles never disappoint – always delicious and fresh.

The Lunch General Tso's Chicken and Lunch Beef with Vegetables were absolutely delicious with generous portion sizes. The dishes were hot, fresh, and served promptly. This restaurant serves the best Chinese food in the area!

Boneless Spare Ribs Combo Platter was excellent, as was the egg Pork Egg Roll but the Beef Sticks were teenie. Extremely expensive for the serving size.

I ordered food for my friend from here and it was absolutely terrible. I would give this restaurant 0 stars. The rice was burnt, the egg rolls were stale, and the chicken and broccoli did not even resemble chicken or broccoli.
