The wait time varies between 5 minutes to an hour just depending on your party size and how busy they are. My husband enjoys the perfect patron margarita. I have tried several of there drinks the blue Hawaiian long island, shark bowl and top shelf Long Island iced tea. They all are good but depends on the bartender they have that night.
When arriving I parked my car to the right side of the building because it was so windy, and we had to walk to the left side of the building to enter because the front entrance was closed. We were seated within a couple minutes, that was a plus. I ordered the new Mountain Dew on and it was flat; that's where the service went downhill. I told our server and she never brought back a new drink or offered something else. After ten minutes she finally came back to our table to take our order. I asked to get a Pepsi and the Pepsi was slightly flat. My sister and I slit on the 2 for $35; I ordered the spicy honey chicken on penne. Our meals arrived, and one have no sauce on it. We agreed that it's okay to have the sauce on the side. It turns out that our plates that arrived were other guests' meals. My sister had already started eating, so they took back my plate and not hers. My food came out a few minutes later. The food was pretty dam good, no issues there. While eating the food, our waitress didn't come by our table much. So we only had one refill on the drinks. After eating we ordered the molten lava cake. Pretty dam good too. Went leave we had to split the order and it took 10+ minutes. Great food, nasty soda and terrible service. Hire more workers or you will lose more guest such as myself.
The food was delicious and the service was great. The wonton tacos were a standout dish - the wonton added a light touch while the chicken made it more substantial. It was a perfect balance of satisfying without feeling overly heavy. The atmosphere was also pleasant, not too loud, so you could enjoy a conversation without struggling to hear.
There was no hostess when we arrived at the restaurant, so after waiting for 10 minutes and having three different employees walk by, I finally asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves. The hostess then appeared and was extremely rude as she escorted us to our table. I felt bad for her as she already seemed upset, perhaps it was the end of her shift. This seems to be a recurring problem at this particular Applebee's location. Our server, Michelle, was really good though. However, using terms like "honey" to address guests is never appropriate. Other than that, she was a rock star and on top of everything.
According to the website, happy hour is from 3-6, but this was incorrect information. When we arrived at 4:30, we were told that happy hour actually ends at 5:00. The food was average, but the service was excellent.
