Billy Q's - Palm Desert

I'm a huge pizza fan and indulge in it once a week. This charming spot was unexpectedly fantastic! I have a soft spot for a classic margherita, and Billy Q's nailed it! The balance of cheese, garlic, tomatoes, and basil on a superb sourdough crust was just right. It's definitely among the top 5 pizzas I've ever had. I can't wait to return!

The 'Works' pizza was piled high and incredibly flavorful. The original crust had the perfect balance of crunch and chew. We discovered this place through Yelp, and all the other options in the area were just typical chain restaurants. This spot is the complete opposite of that. The hostess/cashier/server was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect, even going to get me a glass for my soda. I can’t wait to return on my next trip through the Coachella Valley!

I have food allergies, so it's often a challenge to find a pizza place that offers a gluten-free crust that tastes and feels like the real thing. However, we absolutely love their gluten-free crust—it's truly delicious! I'm thrilled to say that I'm enjoying pizza again and feeling satisfied!

Had a pizza restaurant from us for a few years in AZ and we always felt our pizza was hard to fit, Congratulations Billy, you won! This crust is so good and crispy with your sauce and fresh toppings made this a culinary experience that is a must for pizza lovers try! We still remain angel fans tho
