Contribuisci feedback11:45am on a Saturday, stopped in for lunch, only about 4 tables with guests, the rest of the place was empty. 1 server. Stood in the doorway/entrance trying to make eye contact with any staff to see where we should sit. Nothing. Ignored. So we sat down and picked up a couple menus from a table in the entrance. We waited. Server walked by a few times and didn't say a word, nor did he look at us. We waited a few more minutes, then left. Not sure why there are so many positive reviews. Maybe it was just an off day for the place, but we won't be back.
We had the reuben and a roast beef panini, they were both wonderful! Now we need to go for breakfast.
TLDR: Great local deli for sandwiches. Go for the artichoke panini!Environment: it's very homey here and we got the largest table due to our group having 6 people. There's a little display of baked goods by the cashier that they sell and cute arches all over the restaurants walls.Service: We were helped by a man and he was really friendly. everything was quick! Our food came our not long after we ordered and another made conversation about why were in town.Food: the food was good and the price was very reasonable. I shared half my beef panini with a friend who got the artichoke panini. The artichoke panini is hands down the best thing! Ithe artichoke sauce was warm and tasty with a layer of chicken in the panini. My beef panini was a bit disappointing it was not as good probably since I was comparing to the artichoke one. But it had loads of beef slices.
I ordered from ubereats and it was really delicious, being from nyc it was hard to find decent food here and this actually hit home for me. I got the two popular sandwiches on the menu and it came with a side either roasted potatoes or a fruit salad. The wait wasn't too bad for the food. For a first timer this place was pretty decent.
I rarely walk out of a restaurant before eating, in my 60 yrs on this planet maybe just 3 or 4 times. This was one of them. 11:45am on a Saturday, stopped in for lunch, only about 4 tables with guests, the rest of the place was empty. 1 server.
