Cold Stone Creamery - Palm Desert

I had an amazing experience today! Moses was wonderful and made everything just right. I was greeted with a warm welcome, and his customer service was outstanding.

Excellent service! The ice cream was fantastic. I ordered the "Trick" flavor and felt it could have benefited from a mix-in, perhaps a couple of Kit Kat bars and a handful of M&Ms. Overall, I enjoyed my visit!

The ice cream here is fantastic! You must try the banana coconut flavor—it's a must!

On top of that, the ice cream was pricey and the toppings I chose were sparse. I would suggest driving an extra 5-8 minutes to either Lappert's in Palm Desert or Ben & Jerry's at The River Shopping Center in Rancho Mirage. Both places offer ample indoor seating, a great selection of flavors, and much friendlier service.

The ice cream was fantastic, but the two staff members seemed a bit unfriendly. They appeared to be going through the motions of their job. I decided to leave a tip in hopes that it might bring a smile to their faces.
