Hibachi2go - Palm Desert

When it comes to quality, Hibachi2Go is top in Palm Desert. I was very impressed with the freshness of the sashimi and the flavors in the special rolls. The attention to detail in the presentation was elite. You could very much tell the amount of care that was taken in preparing the meals. The owners and cashier are all very good people to top it off. This is my go to spot for sushi in Palm Desert, hands down.

I got the Hibachi chicken and it was fantastic. Its a great value, especially these days as prices have skyrocketed around here. The staff was very friendly as well. Great good, great experience.

Ribeye Hibachi and fried rice every time I'm in the area. Portions are large and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Philly Roll and Shrimp Tempura rolls are also .

The food is delicious and fairly priced, but the service leaves much to be desired. They rarely answer their phone, and when they do, you end up on hold for a minimum of ten minutes. I got tired of waiting on hold and decided to go to the restaurant to place my order in person instead. I hung up the phone as soon as I walked in the door, since the wait was just too long. It's frustrating that this is marketed as a take-out restaurant when ordering to-go is such a hassle!
