Piero's Pizzavino - Palm Desert

The pizza and brussel sprouts are our fave. I have tried all of the pizzas except salmon and they all taste so good. I love the tomatoey sauce and the thin crust is so delicious. Good service too.

Piero’s is a nice Italian place with good quality food. Our waiter was nice and friendly until the end of the evening: meanwhile it’s really annoying how much you are asked to tip for standard service. Everyone expects nowadays a high tip although he just doing his job. I started to cut back on high tipping some time ago, as it just went to a ridiculous point. When you deliver EXCEPTIONAL service you can expect nice tipping, but don’t take it for granted to get a high tip for standard service (which is your job, no? . We got the check and tipped in my opinion reasonably (who said you have to tip in the first place anyhow? Waiters get paid little? Don’t get fooled, we’re living in California where people get good salaries . Our waiter came back to me and tried to talk me into more tipping…?! This system is totally wrong, I felt pretty uncomfortable to be pushed in that way, although we had a nice 4 person dinner and left some money on the table (incl. tipping . I didn’t tip more than I did on the first place and left with a bad feeling. That said, yes it’s a nice place but they probably won’t see me again although we are local and go out regularly. This behavior just have to change.

Always enjoy eating here. Pizza is outstanding and Elsie is the best server ever!!

Well, we a huge fans and our favorite server LC was there to make the experience fabulous as usual. The pizza is the best in the west in our opinion. Salads are also delicious. Honestly for a casual dining experience you can’t go wrong!

The food and ambience was wonderful! Such a fun lovely place! We got multiple menu items and shared and each thing we ordered was delicious!
