Starbucks - Palm Desert

Crappy customer service, confused staff, takes forever. Find a neighboring store that knows what they're doing.

They literally tried to rip me off. The girl at the counter tried charging me $7.38 today for a trenta strawberry lemonade no ice. I always pay between $5.25 and $5.65, the one in Eisenhower which is not a real Starbucks does charge 50 cents extra when you get no ice, but how is she trying to charge $2 more? I think she was hoping I would not know better and pocket the $2 for herself. Shady stuff when the drinks are already expensive. Shame on this lady.

This place is a great new addition to the Macys store. I don't want to tell you how many times I visit this store with my girlfriend but having a Starbucks inside is a great reason to go shop. Now I can enjoy my Starbucks break while she shops and it is a win/win for both of us. All the same great items to snack on are here, as well as the best holiday drinks in town. You will love this place.

Friendly staff with very good service. They offer all of the Starbucks products you would find at other store plus many more. You cannot use the Starbucks app. At this location. Nice area to sit and enjoy your time in Barnes and Noble. It’s nice to have the option to grab a drink or snack item without running through the mall if you are just visiting the bookstore.

My go to is Caramel Ribbon Crunch, it’s the perfect drink if ya need a sweet wake me up. Their Pumpkin Loaf is good, but it stains your teeth. I would also recommend the Mango Dragon Fruit with lemonade.
