The food was great. service and ambiente were also great. only critique is that alcoholic drinks are much overpriced!

We were there often and eating was just not so delicious the last two times. Flavours did not appear! Maybe we ordered wrong. I had the yellow curry and it was too spicy and overwhelmed the ingredients.

Excellent food and service. interesting menu with something for everyone from fried chicken to sushi. also great cocktails. we were a large family group all adult and everyone enjoyed dinner.

533 Viet Fusion is definitely a standout for Vietnamese cuisine in the desert. Creative and fresh, the menu offers a lot of interesting options. Service was excellent. While the prices could be considered high, the portions are huge. We ordered the chicken pho and the vegetarian red curry ramen. Vegetables were expertly prepared and fresh in both dishes. Pho is traditional and tasty. The red curry ramen is in a coconut milk-based curry. The soup-base, while tasty, was a bit too heavy for the delicate ramen noodles, which seemed to clump into the bottom of the bowl. Would not order again. Would return to try out other menu options. This trip 533 Viet Fusion earns a 5 for service and a strong 4+ on food.

This was my first time returning to this restaurant since the unfortunate effects of Covid-19 kept me away, but it lived up to my expectations. Our waiter, who we have admired in the past, was charming and efficient. Despite being quite busy, he managed to bring us our drinks and food promptly in the midst of a full house. He was even able to use his iPad to showcase different meal options for us. The presence of a variety of vegan options was a big plus for us. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were inventive. This restaurant continues to draw me back in for more.
