Alebrije Bistro Mexico - Palm Springs

The menu and food quality in alebrije bistro mexiko are excellent, not the typical Mexican cuisine that some might expect. Americans think that traditional Mexican food tortilla chips, red sauce, and either gooey or crispy versions of different qualities similar to taco bell sold. alebrije is far superior that their offers are truly exceptional and Mexican gourmet, which is interesting for many. we have seen more than one party in the restaurant, look at the menu, then leave; it wasn't what they were looking for. good, but too bad for them. what we experienced was Mexican fine kitchen in a very pleasant environment.

Although there was not much atmosphere that created more than for eating and service. delicious colorful teller served by happy and courteous employees. would recommend and return to others.

The food s always delicious..... The cocktails amazing, and this night they had a wonderful guitarist!

This is authentic Mexican cuisine from the Capital at it’s finest. One of my favorite go-to restaurant of any cuisine in the Coachella Valley.

We went for restaurant week. The four course menu was delicious and portions were large. The steak was perfectly cooked. The house margaritas were awesome.
