Bongo Johnny's Patio - Palm Springs

My husband and I had great food and service. We like the front and back terrace, but it is better to see the mountains from the back terrace.

One of my favorite restaurants in palm springs! I've been here for many years! the owner, rob, is a hand on owner and always friendly to his customers, and my favorite server is jennifer. she's just amazing! when they eat here, they ask for her if she's available. they will not be disappointed. oh and how to eat: it's all delicious! I never had a bad meal here!

I have been a regular of Bongo for the last six years. This location has had its up 's and down. Not with the quality of food but wait service. This was a reservation so one would expect that they were ready. The food was great. My out of town guest had no complaints about the menu or the food. But once again, they had one server who got busy and service suffered. He did a great job. There were plenty of runners but I just dont understand why wait staff need to take the fall. Come on Bongo, you can do better.

Overpriced breakfast. Felt like I could’ve gotten the same or better at Denny’s. 3 egg breakfast with chewy bacon, soggy hash browns and an English muffin. My husband got the stuffed pancake, underwhelming. $5.00 for one cup of coffee.
