However, we found the food to be lacking in creativity given the high prices. As someone from Provence, France, I didn't feel that the menu truly represented Provencal cuisine as described. Overall, it is a solid option for dining in Palm Springs, but it didn't stand out as anything extraordinary. The ambiance was pleasant and romantic, a rare find in the US, and the service was attentive. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This place is BORING! I am sorry but it just is. Food is very uninteresting in all and any way from the way it's prepared to it's presentation. If it was at grandma Maria that would be ok but paying close to $100 per person it really ain't. Now food is not bad or anything but just blah. I can certainly make it better and tastier at home. Their Chef should really do way better in designing those dishes. Just because they change them every 10 days or so is just not good enough. Perhaps we got there on the day of more hohum food. Or maybe it was an odd and rare off day for them but out of 4 possible choices we got 3 and they all were very plain. Service was good and accommodating and the place was very cute. No complaints there at all. But I just can't rate it any higher because of unacceptably bland food. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
