Ihop - Palm Springs

After a weekend with rather poor service, our visit to IHOP felt like a dream come true. They welcomed us quickly, and the wait for a table was minimal. Once we were seated, the servers checked in on us several times to ensure we were well taken care of. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. I'm truly grateful for the kindness of everyone there. It was a refreshing experience!

Super busy when we came but considering that, the service was very good. The food is what you would expect. By that, I mean the breakfast food is great and the other stuff is decent.

I ordered take out for breakfast. I don't think most people know that they have a family pack to order from in fact they have a few of them you can feed four people a big breakfast for under $40. That's a great deal and I believe they have them for lunch also. The food was great and it was ready when I got there to pick it up. If you want a great breakfast at a good price then IHOP(Palm Springs) is the place to go. Thank you! Daniel Bell

Dined in for brunch on 7/2/2022 I have a special thank you to the staff at this location. I 'd lost my 10 month old baby girl on Monday June 27th to SIDS. My family is trying to get my husband a me out as much as possible to deal with the world. We are very grateful for this. The IHOP staff didn 't know that this tragedy happened seated us by a 8 or 9 month old little girl. My husband had just run to the car a few seconds before and wasn 't in the restaurant when this happened. I went to round the corner to go sit down and couldn 't bring myself to walk past this little girl. I 'd gone up to ask to move spots (not the staffs problem, nor did they know this happened to us) and Nathan noticed I was about to break down. He asked if he could hug me and I said yes, and this sweet young man let me cry on his shoulder and comforted me. He went above and beyond. He sat people with babies away from where he moved us and ALL of the staff made us feel welcome. This has been one of the hardest things for us and they were on it. Nathan didn 't even bat an eye to me breaking down at the front of the restaurant. Instead he held me for a moment and told me it 's ok to cry. This is something I try my best not to do in front of people, because, I don 't want to make them feel bad. I can 't praise the staff here enough.
