Koffi Central Palm Springs

The location near the Palm Springs strip tends to get quite busy, and parking can be a bit challenging (though it might be easier during the summer). I find this shop and the one in Cathedral City to be the most inviting since they're less impacted by tourism. They also sell their own coffee beans if you want to take some home, and I noticed a variety of snacks in their cooler, including yogurt parfaits and sandwiches. I would definitely recommend Koffi over the more famous chain coffee shops. It's a shame there's no location in Indio because I would love to visit every day.

I haven't sampled the coffee here yet, but as an LTL driver, I recently delivered a pallet of supplies to this location. Unfortunately, the pallet was broken and weighed over 1800 lbs in the sweltering heat of about 117°F. A kind gentleman from Koffi stepped in to help me carry the pallet inside, and the baristas were incredibly generous, refilling my water canteen with ice and water. I'm really grateful for their assistance! I intend to stop by for a coffee when the weather cools down.

Ultimately, it appears that Koffi is either disorganized or simply lacks the motivation to create a positive experience. They charge premium prices without providing the corresponding value, so we'll be passing on this place. We can find better service and value nearly anywhere else. The one advantage Koffi has is its convenient locations. It operates as a popular coffee chain with a strong presence in desirable areas. Additionally, we can’t complain about the taste or quality of their coffee and food; it’s worth noting that they do excel in that regard.

Got two iced lattes and a muffin. The lattes were fine, although I asked for the light roast and got the dark. Not quite 3rd wave/fancy roastery level. The muffin was surprisingly delicious, though.Food: 4/5
