Le Vallauris - Palm Springs

The service and food were fantastic. The place itself was absolutely gorgeous and romantic. If you’re trying to see Palm Springs from high to low, Le Vallauris is a high you don’t want to miss! My wife and I were very happy and definitely look forward to coming back!

We came in for our engagement dinner. It was an extraordinary evening! The atmosphere and food quality were superb. Such a romantic setting to dine-in in a beautiful garden. My fiancé and I loved our entree: Veal fillet was cooked perfectly and the combination with the sauce, ravioli, and vegetables are in harmony. The beef cheek was also phenomenal. We would definitely come back and try other things on the menu.

I had my wedding dinner at the private dinning room. The food, drinks and services were so amazing and all exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Marcel, chef and pastry chef Laurent to make my dream come true. We also had Sunday brunch here, which was also fabulous.

My comment is to call out an individual who made our dining experience on 1/6 delightful: our server's assistant Jonathan. Jonathan, a young man of 19, was so impressive to us in terms of his service, confidence, and well mannered nature. We chatted with him throughout our meal, where he helped to guide us through his favorite menu items, talked about his love for the food, and told us about a few local spots he enjoyed. After our service as we were leaving, he approached my partner and I, shaking our hands and thanking us for our business. This act, for a 19 year old young man, not only shows his character and professional promise, but speaks volumes about Le Vallauris' hiring standards. We celebrated the 40th. Birthday of my friend (two years delayed because of Kovid) and had a wonderful time! Lane was an excellent waiter, very personal, attentive and made the experience exceptional. The other waiters were also very attentive. The seafood trio was amazing, the scallop was for dying! Drinking recommendations were on site. The trees and lights completed the atmosphere and gave a perfect ambience.
