Loco Charlie's - Palm Springs

I had a really great experience at this restaurant! I tried the vegetarian tacos made with pinto beans and fresh fajita veggies - they were delicious. The servers were very helpful and accommodating with my requests. The rice is cooked with chicken stock and the roasted beans were flavorful. The tacos were definitely the highlight of my meal. They even offered Jamaica to go, and the staff was very friendly.

I read the one evaluation and was with carnivores, so I thought this place was in order. not true. they had a couple of “vegetarian options” on the menu, but turns out that only one of their beans is made with narrow and the rice is made with chicken stock. I explained the waitress that I wanted the vegetarian fajitas vegan made. she brought me a huge plate of tears and boring and when I said, "I thought the tear was made with chicken sticks" she said. I said I can't have a bun and she rolled her eyes and took the plate. super rude. this is not the place for real vegans. they should not be served rice with chicken stock on a vegetable menu. avoid this place. it also tasted terrible. do not eat good quality at all.

I had made her vegetarian burrito vegan. it contained whole pinto beans, rice, salat, pico de gallo, avocado, packed in a healthy spinat tortilla. it was huge and super tasty! they were very good to make sure that it was vegan as they freely offered that the pinto beans are not cooked in lard.

Excellent! I enjoyed the vegetarian tacos which were filled with pinto beans and fresh fajita vegetables. The staff was helpful when I inquired about the ingredients. The rice is cooked in chicken stock and the beans are fried in lard, but the tacos were delicious. They even included a Jamaica drink for me.

Just avoid this place. It also tasted terrible. No good food.
