Taka Shin - Palm Springs

The food was excellent, and the service was wonderfully attentive! They adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a great experience. I particularly enjoyed the Spicy Tuna Roll and the King Salmon Roll. The Ootoro was exquisite and practically melted in my mouth. I appreciated the peaceful ambiance and calming music, along with the soothing colors and overall atmosphere. Thank you for such a delightful experience!

Excellent service! A big thank you to the fantastic staff for ensuring that every course was perfectly timed and delicious! My daughter really enjoyed her Ahi Tuna and tofu soup, while I loved the sashimi and mushroom soup. Everything was delicious! Have a great night!

The sushi and sashimi here are outstanding, expertly prepared by Japanese chefs. The fish is incredibly fresh, accompanied by delightful o'Gari, and I enjoyed some Japanese mint and daikon as well. It was truly delicious! Thank you very much. I highly recommend this place for sashimi.

Absolutely fantastic. Incredibly friendly service and amazingly fresh and delicious fish. I make sure to visit every time I am in Palm Springs Taka Shin is always a highlight.
