Food was ok, but the service was terribly bad. We waited like forever... only go there if you have enough time...

I did book a table for 9 people via phone for 19h30. When we arrived they told me I did book for 17h30 I said no and they said no problem and arranged a new table. The stuff is really friendly. The food was really good but the starters where so big.

This is the best pizza I have tasted.Cooked in a real pizza oven and situated in the heart of Arenal this is a fab place for family and friends

We took the cheese platter and the cheese was OK but the jars with marmelade and such were dirty and some even moldly. When we pointed this out, they cleaned the jars but brought them back in. Check out the date on the jar on the attached pic. Avoid this place!

We are very often in this restaurant and tonight was what we thought would be another lovely evening ......but .....we ordered our drinks and then the special ...duck with red or green cabbage ....we were so looking forward to it ......it came to the table ...looked lovely but you could not eat the duck ....tough ...hard ...gummy ....you name it .....unreal !!!!! We told this waitress but all she said was ohhhhh ....we come here 3 maybe 4 times a month but now ......I think not .... last time the salad was very bad also but we said nothing ....have you a new chef ...?. What's going on I love this place but my love is dying ?????
