Chronic Tacos - Palmdale

Commissioned burritos for my employees esteemed and not disappointed. the order was completed on time and was great.

I had a very negative experience at this restaurant today. The service was extremely rude, particularly from a young woman with pink hair and long nails. Despite spending a lot of money, there were no nameplates provided to file a complaint. The address is 10 W Cronic on Rancho Vista in Palmdale 93550. I recommend that the establishment let go of this employee before she gets into a physical altercation with a customer. On a positive note, she did listen to my order, but I was shocked at the price of $35.00 for two burritos. I ended up going to Jack in the Box to complete my order.

Employee was very rude told us to leave, we didn't have a mask and they didn't offer us one, this place will never get my business again. It's ok for everyone that orders the people to not where a mask and sit and eat without a mask inside, hypocrites. I am sure the owner would hate to lose money and customers, I will be spreading the word and make sure nobody goes and supports this business. That lovely employee will be looking for a new job soon

I hate to leave negative reviews, but the customer service at this restaurant was pretty disappointing. I paid nearly $80 for an online order, but when I arrived I was told that the employees couldn't access online orders. I showed them my order number and proof that it was for that location, but they insisted I download their app. I tried to download the app only to find out it didn't exist. I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes for a simple order, and the food was not great - the beans smelled bad and the rice was bland. Overall, it was not worth the $140 I ended up spending on a 2 taco plate, 2 quesadillas, chips, and old-tasting churros. The only highlight was the peach sprite. I also noticed that Highland High School was having a fundraiser, so hopefully no one else had a similar experience trying to support them by ordering online at this restaurant.

Delicious ?. The lady was very sweet, kind and helpful with our choices and decisions along with being friendly and going over and beyond. I should have gotten her name on the way out. I will when we return. Food is always delicious and it's a forever favorite location to eat. My favorite is they have vegetarian options here
