Las Originales And Grill - Palmdale

While traveling, we decided to find a place to eat near our accommodation for the night. We made a good choice with this restaurant, offering delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. The service was excellent, with a hardworking and friendly young lady attending to us. The grilled shrimp was fantastic and the street tacos were tasty. The taco salad was generous in portion size, enough for two meals. The only downside was the price, otherwise it would have received a 5-star rating.

Today, my parents and I visited this restaurant for the first time. When we arrived, there was no one at the front to greet us. A waitress walked by, my mother greeted her, but she ignored us and walked away. As we waited, a line of three other families formed behind us, all waiting to be seated. We had to raise our voices to get the attention of three staff members at the bar, but they did not respond. We asked the manager if they had any specials for drinks on Sundays, and he said yes. The host, who eventually arrived, also confirmed this. However, when we were finally seated, the waitress informed us that there were no specials available that day. We left and will not be returning. The service was terrible, and they need to improve their hospitality and management training.

For our 1st time trying this place Husband and I ordered green chilaquiles with eggs over medium. The waiter brought our chilaquiles with SCRAMBLED eggs and straight up lies to our face and said that they were over medium. Like come on.... someone needs to explain to the chef the waiter up in that place what OVER MEDIUM eggs are. Please. Everything inside me wanted to shout out no mames guey That was was our 1st and last time for us

This last time I came it was a horrible experience. Wait was said it would be 30 mins and we had to wait outside but they took 1 hour. The server came over took my order then came back 20 mins later and said the did not have pozole so I ordered menudo then came back 20 mins later and said they did not have menudo. So my food came when everyone else had already eat so I had to box my food. My daughters chicken fingers were frozen the cook forgot to cook them and just gave them to her frozen I had to send it back. They never gave us tortillas even when we asked 2 tines for them. The drink had no alcohol at all. It was awful service and food
