Q Q Hawaiian Bbq - Palmdale

Soo very disappointing…I love Hawaiian food and after not having it for a while it was sad we ordered last night from there and there was no chicken katsu which is my favorite or mahi mahi which is my boyfriend’s favorite. They also didn’t have kimchi which was another disappointment and food was on the salty side. I honestly got my hopes up we spent $76 dollars. When I asked about the chicken katsu I was told by a worker they don’t make more because they close at 8pm which is even more disappointing on a weekend. I honestly don’t think we’ll be back at this location after this bad experience. We definitely got our hopes up too much for ordering party platters for my birthday…??

Ordered the Chicken Katsu with Curry. The meal was well prepared and cooked. The chicken tasted great. The curry left a lot to be desired. It lacked flavor and was not spicy enough. So, if curry is your thing, do not expect it to be amazing. I would come back and try other menu items in the future.

Big food portions and high quality food, Service as well was great recommend if you're really hungry!Food: 5/5

My FAV Aloha Hawaiian BBQ spot in SoCal !Some of my favorite menu items are their chicken katsu, Mac salad and chili fried rice.The chicken katsu was super crispy and juicy (some places katsu are dry and not as crunchy).The meat here is fresh and tender, katsu and BBQ sauces also prefect ratio of sweet, sour and salty.I love that this place has fried rice.Normally , other Hawaiian BBQ place don't have itCompared to the other Hawaiian food chains,I'd have to say Q and Q Hawaiian BBQ is one of the better ones!If you get hit with a random craving for Hawaiian food,Q and Q Hawaiian BBQ can definitely help you out with that!

Customer service is trash. Let's start off with how you're not even greeted. We got there about 7:15. Food was out at 7:40. They packaged it to go. My husband asked for some plates and they said we couldn't dine in because they close at 8. We've never been there before and we arrived at 7:15 and that was never stated to us when we were ordering. If she would have told us they closed at 8 and by the time the food was out we'd be cutting it close to their closing time we wouldn't have even ordered food there. However it was still 20 min till closing so we proceeded to eat there because we had 2 toddlers who were very hungry. The whole time the person at the cashier is just staring at us. There was a point where we even thought she was recoding us. Also if you've never been there before you get no help what so ever when you're ordering. The cashier just gives the death stare the whole time. Their menus suck. There isn't even pictures of the food. There's also finding Nemo music blasting loudly which is why the employees are probably sooo moody. Food was good though but not good enough to deal with bad customer service.
