Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Review from December 29, 2021: What can I say? Red Robin's burgers are truly out of this world! I have no hesitation in saying that I thoroughly enjoyed my Whisky Bourbon Barbecue Western burger. Our server, Megan, was outstanding—she was extremely polite and genuinely attentive to whether I needed anything else. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, and above all, I am grateful for the quality of the burger I got to enjoy today. Thank you for a wonderful experience; I truly appreciate it!

Jessica, our server, was fantastic! The food was prepared perfectly and was absolutely delicious. There were so many different hamburgers to choose from. The fish and chips combo is always excellent!

We were greeted by our server, Christian, who promptly took our order. As always, the food was hot and delicious. I have to say, out of all the Red Robins I've visited in California and Tennessee, this one offers the best experience. The garlic fries were absolutely incredible! They weren't just lightly dusted with cheese; there was enough to truly enjoy and satisfy my taste buds. Plus, they were loaded with garlic! I ordered the usual Ananasburger, packed with flavor, while my mom opted for the Masterburger with garlic fries. When she needed a knife, Keloni was more than happy to assist us. I noticed her in the back, and she quickly returned with a knife wrapped in a napkin—excellent customer service! I also observed how she interacted with other customers, especially a little girl holding a Disney Stitch stuffed animal. Keloni made a sweet comment to the girl, which brought a big smile to her face. It was clear she truly cares about the customers! Now, back to the Masterburger: my mom enjoyed every single bite! Normally, she leaves half her meal, but not this time. The Oreo milkshake was thick and plentiful, leaving us as two very satisfied customers. We will definitely be back! We even added our bill to the Red Robin rewards account to earn points towards a free burger. And don’t forget to claim a free burger for your birthday with the RRR! Happy dining!

Eating was great! our waiting staff, especially the bartender waiter server was and is great! he took care of us, and I appreciated it. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! I didn't catch his name, but he was the real mwp. Monday, 2nd mai at 19 o'clock. hopefully the right people see this. once again, phenomenal service, very appealing, calm, cool and has not missed a beat.

Food was good and service was excellent. The person who took our order noticed that my wife didn't finish her meal and wanted to find out what was wrong with it. He also offered to take the food out of our bill but we declined. Will be coming back here more often.
