Alaska's Best Phillys - Palmer

We stopped for a quick meal here on our way back to Anchorage after a long day of hiking Matanuska Glacier and exploring Hatcher Pass. We wanted something quick but yummy, and this place delivered! We were greeted by a very friendly woman and invited to sit down. She also took our order. I had the chipotle chicken cheesesteak with potato salad, and my husband had the Combo Philly cheesesteak with fries. Our sandwiches were excellent, packed with meat and cheese, tons of flavor. The bread was obviously fresh and soft... We were really happy with this meal and it hit the spot for us! There was one lady welcoming people and taking orders--I'm not sure if she was the owner but she was super friendly and working her tail off. If you are looking for hot sandwiches in Palmer, I'd give this place a try!

Great Philly and excellent service.Been in Palmer all summer and would consider this to be one of the top 5 restaurants I have visited in the Wasilla-Palmer area! Give it a try!

Friendly and fast service. The traditional Phillies are the best I've had since I lived in Boston. You can tell it is made with lots of love and care. Their homemade bread tastes great and makes the perfect serving boat for their Philly sandwiches. We can't get enough of this place and can't wait to try the next item on the menu! This is the best place to eat in all of Palmer Alaska and at a very reasonable price to stuff you full!

Absolutely hands down fantastic! I was here for work, and looking for a place for lunch. Their food is great, fresh and well prepared and delicious. My server’s name was Jylia (sorry if mis-spelled) was perfect, all smiles and very attentive.If you are ever in Palmer Alaska , do your self a favor and come sit down and have yourself a meal here.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Great food with lots of choices. The flan was amazing and is a must try.
