Contribuisci feedbackThe drive-thru at this restaurant was incredibly slow, even with only 3 people in line it took 57 minutes to receive our food. We were put on a 5 minute hold before we could even place our order at the speaker, and the lobby, which had only about 6 customers, was also slow. The wait at the window for our food was an additional 15 minutes. On the plus side, at least our fries were hot and fresh. Overall, not a fast or efficient experience.
It’s almost 1030 at night on a Wednesday it’s one of the only Wendy’s I could come across at this time of night in this area because it is a wooded area. All I told her was is that my cheese wasn’t melted on my fries and she chose to debate me. That’s all the manager manager on call right now doesn’t want to fix issuesHer customer service is not great. That’s my complaint. Thank you.
Foods good place is clean. One huge problem. Im assuming hes the manager, seen mostly during the nights dude is miserable, and rude 24/7. You could ask anyone about hom and they will allways tell you the same thing. Guy needs to not be in customer
Accused my service dog of urinating on the floor because of spilled liquid in front of the counter that was already there before I came in. It looked a fountain drink. Staff overall is rude and acts like they don’t want to be there.
