I had a really disappointing experience at a gig there with friends over the weekend. The glasses were dirty, and the drinks were overpriced after we had already paid to enter the venue. The restrooms were a nightmare—when I walked into the accessible toilet, there was vomit everywhere. In the women's restroom, one toilet was clogged with toilet paper, and the only other one didn't have a working lock. Plus, there was no soap available. This was all right at the start of the night. I mentioned the issues to the staff, but they didn't take any action, so we decided to leave after the band's set. I won't be going back unless I hear that things have improved significantly.

I would love the opportunity to use my Grab One voucher and write a review, but the doors were locked and there was no one in sight on a Sunday when they were supposed to be open. I'm not impressed and feel taken advantage of.

I recently dropped by for some coffee and was greeted by the wonderfully friendly staff who were eager to assist.

To start, they didn’t have any Sauvignon Blanc available. They also had no garlic bread because they had run out, meaning that 25% of the menu was unavailable. I ordered a meat lover's pizza, but the meat seemed to have divorced itself from the pizza by the time it arrived! The steak knife was enormous, and once I started eating the steak, I realized a chainsaw would have been more appropriate. If you wanted salt and pepper, you had to go to the bar to get it yourself—apparently, cell phones were more important than customer service. The sauce on the pizza was the only flavor I could detect. As for the restrooms... had I seen them before eating, I wouldn’t have touched a thing; they were absolutely disgusting. After that experience, we decided to leave and go to another restaurant for dessert—by that point, we had truly had enough. Would we return? Absolutely not.

My pasta dish had undercooked pasta which they cooked another batch for me. While I was waiting we got given free garlic bread but it too was crap it's suppose to have garlic butter between each slice their version just had minced garlic out of the spread in each cut. I couldn't stomach replacement pasta. Also for a Irish bar it didn't have any Irish dishes on menu. Had grab one vouchers disappointing experience.
