So sad , the very first day of school .my husband and I went to Dunkin donuts to order munchkin's doughnuts and the all the doughnuts was bare, talked to the manager AND SHE SAID THEY DON'T MAKE THE DOUGHNUTS. ISN'T THAT CRAZY DOUGHNUT SHOP DON'T MAKE FRESH DOUGHNUTS. DIDN'T GET ANY . SHE SAID THEY HAVE A budget of how much to order , don't care but the owner new the first day of school they would sell out they should had ordered extra and I just spoken to the manager on October 12, 2023 At little after 10 am. Didn't receive nothing because all we wanted was munchkin's doughnuts

I have not stopped at a Dunkin Donuts in years because they never seem to be able to make a coffee the same twice. This Dunkin confirmed this theory. I ordered a midnight blend coffee and I noticed they needed to brew a new pot. I politely asked them to wait until the entire pot brews before making my coffee and I wasn't in a hurry she said ok. 30 seconds later my coffee is on counter I can see the pot directly in front of me still brewing I asked if they waited and they lied and said yes. The lid wasn't on properly and spilled down my leg and all over floor. It is my last visit to an Dunkin donuts.
