This is mostly a drive through location so there was nobody inside dining. The staff are friendly and efficient. My only real issue is that my 2 cheeseburger meal, Including drink and regular fries was just over $12.
Here we go again. Such terrible drive thru service and such terrible dine in service. If you use the indoor service, be sure you know how to use the self order machines cuz otherwise the reps will walk back and forth past you and not even ask to take your order. Drive thru at this location is existing for absolutely no good reason. 2 speakers and only one is used. The pick up window is ALWAYS telling people to park in their 1 of their 2 ‘mobile order spots’ so that they can save their times and not get in trouble. What’s the point of a drive thru at a fast food restaurant if you don’t even the food at the window and you still have to wait 5+ minutes for one of their employees to bring the food to the parking lot, and almost ALWAYS forgetting napkins and any sauces you request. This McDonald’s is trash and everytime we leave a review, it seems things get better for a week and then back to the same old ‘never ready and never doing anything right’ location.Parking: Parking lot is large and plenty of space but guess what, the drive thru employees are constantly creating parking lot chaos by sending customers to park in the Mobile Order spots and wait for their food. Such as today, they immediately sent the car in front of me and myself to park and wait, and 4 more cars arrived to the drive thru now all backed up and waiting for orders.
On a quiet Sunday night with Nobody in the drive through I was told to park for 20 minutes. When they finally delivered my food is was clear that the burgers were cooked along time ago, COLD,BURNED, DRY AS THE DESERT. McDonalds is dropping the ball on every play. The food was gross and horribly unacceptable. I can not recommend enough that you stay far away from this place unless you love Raw Disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!
