Alvarez Mexican - Palmetto

Delicious authentic Mexican cuisine at affordable prices. The outdoor seating area is fantastic, and the service was commendable, even though the restaurant was busy and the waiter appeared to be hurrying. I would definitely return to this place.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is fantastic. We had good service during our visit. I will definitely return, as the restaurant offers authentic Mexican cuisine rather than Tex-Mex.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and everything was outstanding. It was $2 Taco Monday, and I tried the soft tacos, which were absolutely delicious. The chips and dips were fantastic, and their sweet tea was equally great. I will definitely return, especially on Mondays! The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this restaurant— the food is simply incredible! I even ordered takeout to enjoy at home the next day. You really have to try it; you’ll love it!

Beautiful authentic Mexican restaurant in Palmetto. Good taste, decent prices, beautiful ambience and great outdoor dining area. We'll be back.

Tuesday evening very busy... I think my waitress was new as I had to ask for chips. She tried to deliver drinks to two tables...she dropped the tray. I was about done with my meal, and I asked about chips ... got them as I was ready to leave. Will give her benefit as it may have been her first nite.
