I called to place an order and encountered some resistance from a young girl because I requested pepperoni on top of the cheese. After speaking with the manager, he apologized and made it right. This is how you build a successful business! We ended up ordering from Domino's instead and they were very professional, accommodating my request for pepperoni on top, even though our order was $40.

The cinnamon rolls appeared to be overcooked. They were doughy and inedible. Cinnabon would not approve of this product.

I recently moved into a new neighborhood and decided to order delivery from a pizza place for the first time. I have always had bad experiences with pizza delivery, so when my order didn't arrive after an hour, I thought "here we go again". I called the restaurant and it turns out my phone number was incorrect on their records. Luckily, a worker in the area informed them that I do live in the area. They returned promptly, free of charge, to deliver my food. The two girls who delivered my pizza were the nicest I have ever met from a pizza place. I am so happy to have finally found a pizza place that cares about their customers.

The pizza hat company had sent me a free pizza voucher on 7 september 2021, it has already expired september 2020. the humiliation of it when I wanted a pizza!
