Mcdonald's - Palmhurst

Poor service here and very rude employees. I went to order breakfast around 530am and they told me they weren't serving breakfast. Then today I sent my husband at 510am to get a coffee and the employees ignored him when he could clearly see them.so he knocks and flashes a flashlight at them and they see him and walk away.

Worst customer service! Knowing that the item is no good and still serve ?

Place has to work on their customer service ask an employee if he could help me out in telling Manger they had messed up on an order person just left and didn't help me at all. I had to call and even then they made me wait for 15 minutes for a cheese Burge plain and dry

I love using the app! There are nice discounts surprises there! Today I got a free McFlurry! You can just scan it when you pay!

I bought two McFlurry for 8.14 and i asked for extra caramel and extra brownies for them to give me an ice cream that was half the cup not even full cup this is by far the worst experience i had with McDonald’s .
