Mcdonald's - PALMYRA

On September 11th, I ordered a fish sandwich that was cold and had a texture similar to gum, along with a cold order of French fries and a sweet iced tea. During my previous visit, all four burgers were prepared incorrectly. I ended up giving two of them to my dog and throwing out the other two. It seems that due to a recent increase in salaries, the food quality has really suffered.

The delivery staff was incredibly polite and accommodating! I was through the line in no time at all. Thank you! Keep it up!

I feel a little disappointed sad to say. I love Mc Donald's we eat there twice a week. With the soring prices right now 18 dollars for me and my 1 year old it would be nice if quality was better. The fries they are the best...but it's hard to get them good anymore..cold or old but tonight..they were litterly raw...white and limp potato form still. My burger was good but it's the fries that rock. So nasty I couldn't eat them. Sad.

My complaints about this location is if I am going to wait 20 30 minutes in line for food: I expect my food to be fresh and hot, I also expect my order to be right. We waited 28 minutes in line for our fries, chicken nuggets to be cold and our drink to be wrong.

The hours posted on their door for both the car break and dining room do not accurately reflect their actual operating times. While it's understandable that they may be understaffed, it can be frustrating for customers when false hours are advertised. It's better to update them and avoid the hassle.
