Mr. Pampas - Mexicali Justo Sierra

Rubbed early and sitting without problems. service was good and eating was excellent. waiters were very helpful

It was mixed. While there was great food delivered to our table we had a few bad experiences where an item we ordered time and again was not brought to the table

Not many choices for Brazilian BBQ in Mexicali so to find this place was nice. The salad bar was good, but the meat was tough and the taste was just so-so. our party of 8 was seated near the front of the restaurant. By the time the meat got to our table, there was very little left. When we asked for a second cut of a meat we would get a very small second helping. (example of this would be: when we finally would get some picanha, they would cut us a normal slice, but if we asked for more, they would slice off a corner). This was my second visit here. My first visit over a year ago, was no better. Maybe It's because I expect a Brazilian BBQ in Mexico to be as good as ones in the U.S., but The Mr. Pampas in Mexico City was much better.

Pampas in Mexicali is a great restaurant with a wonderful supervised play area for toddlers and kids. Great place for a night out with the entire family.

The place is not like before, the furniture is very neglected and basic. Very good meats. The wines are nothing extraordinary.
