Osteria Toscana - Palo Alto

Had the carpaccio and linguine alle vongole with red sauce. The carpaccio was uber thin, but tasty. The pasta was very good, the clams a little tough, and way too much.

Incredible food, service and atmosphere! If want Italian this is the place to got. The made to order minestrone soup is wonderful, as is the traditional Caesar salad. Our entrees were just as good. We totally recommend this restaurant.

Food was good. Server was bad, mediocre manner. One dish came out wrong. We were a large group. When we looked at the bill, they had charged us an additional 4 dishes hoping we don't realize. The server definitely knew what they were doing.

Business owner treated me like dirt and refused to refund the full amount of my cancelled order. Internal restaurant communication is non existent. The left had doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Great service and the food was pretty tasty. Mind you, if you make a reservation at 9 be ON TIME, I got there 10 minutes early before my girlfriends and at 8:59 i was already being told the kitchen was closing and they only kept it open for me.
