New remodeled store, much better than before, updated.

Ordered delivery and I’m maybe a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. Driver approached door with pizza box partially open, and the pizza was cold upon arrival. I asked for plates, napkins, cheese and peppers and I was told “they didn’t give me any”. For a $30 medium pizza it comes with the expectation that my order will be kept hot and the same amenities available at the restaurant are made available upon delivery. Disappointing start to having Colorado Ave open again.

I called for a pick up. They said 15 min. I took 20 and when I got there they hadn’t even started my order. The lady completely forgot cuz when I walked in she said “oh ****”Yea. I’m not happy. What’s the purpose of pick up when I have to wait for 20 min after I get there. And on top of that, I paid $6 for a 2 liter that I never got. Had to TEMIND her of my sauce for the twists and the anchovies. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
