True Food Kitchen - Palo Alto

The cocktail, the edamame dumplings and pesto pasta were excellent!

Everything was too salty and the Korean glass noodles were overcooked.

I ordered on the app and every now and then something I ordered would appear but no one ever said anything or asked if we wanted anything to drink. We went our entire meal wishing we had some water, but there was no one around. I have been eating at true food for years and never have had an experience like this. I will not order off the app again. I traveled three hours round-trip to dine at True food in Palo Alto. I was very disappointed.

TFK has been my favorite since it opened. Yestrday's experience was underwhelming Salad was mediocre and server was disappointing.

I’ve ordered and loved the same meal at TFK since they opened. I was sad to have a disappointing experience there this last time. I sincerely hope this was a ‘one off’ situation the waitress had no clue what was going on I received the wrong meal, then the corrected version wasn’t cooked properly. The waitress apologized and said she’d adjust the bill but she did not. I did call the manager and he said he would correct the problem and send me a gift card. Nothing yet tbd. I realize it’s challenging to hire and train staff but please be careful. The restaurant business is competitive in this area too many incidences and regulars will quickly disappear.
