The staff at this restaurant are unhelpful and rude. They seem frustrated with the lack of business and do not know how to properly treat their customers. The food is also terrible. There are much better dining options nearby. Overall, it is a total waste of money.

Ashok serves the best hookah in town at a very reasonable price of Rs 500. The food is good with delicious curries and tandoor dishes. The service is excellent with smiling staff. Plus, there are beautiful dogs to keep you company. Thank you, Ashok!

The staff at this restaurant was extremely unfriendly, especially the manager. There was no communication between staff members when shifts changed. We made a reservation for a room in the morning, but at 12 we were interrupted twice after showing them our booking confirmation. The location of the restaurant is great, but they will struggle to attract customers due to their unwelcoming employees. The room was not clean and despite booking a double room, we were given a single bed which resulted in a sleepless night. Instead of apologizing, the staff blamed us for reporting the issue late at night. I would never consider returning to this restaurant.

The place needs a lot of improvement. starting with cleanliness, they prevent stray dogs from roaming inside, train the personal to be customer-friendly and the overall taste and look of food items.

Popped in for shisha and drinks this evening. If you like shisha while watching the waves crash in this is the best in Palolem. Really lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend
