Dunkin' - Palos Heights

I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:40 PM and waited for a response, but after saying hello, I received no answer. I checked online and saw that they were supposed to close at 10 PM. Not wanting to inconvenience them so close to closing time, I decided to leave. As I was leaving, I noticed someone in the window doing closing tasks. I really wish they would have informed us that they were closed instead of making us wait for no reason.

This is the worst Dunkin' location I've ever visited. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt three times, but they consistently mess up my order and never have my mobile order ready. During my last visit, I ordered two chocolate glazed donuts and had to remind them of my order. When I finally received my bag, I found they had given me regular glazed donuts instead. Not only do they struggle with getting orders right, but the coffee is always disappointing—it tastes terrible every time.

What can I say? If you're a Dunkin' fan, this location is just what you're looking for. It might be a little tricky to get to when heading south on Harlem, but it's easy to access from the north. I always order a decaf iced coffee, and although it can sometimes taste off or a bit stale at other places, that's never the case here—I’ve never had a bad one. Be sure to stop by and enjoy!
