Good coffee, but cashiers need more experience dealing with customers

I went through a drive-thru I ordered a small coffee black got to the window he gave me a iced coffee I mentioned excuse I wanted hot coffee he had a very bad attitude he said he asked me at the drive-thru if I wanted cold I said no hot but I couldn't understand them he got mad because of that so I canceled order left

The employees are kind courteous and serve the customer well.

The guy that scan my App it didn't give me no points And I always order a large ice coffee with 4 creams and 4 equals

Poor service in drive throw just saying one minute and he didn’t back
