We had a great evening with family members who love this place. The waiting staff has been working here for years, so they are highly qualified. It is an extensive menu of Mexican dishes. Meals when they came were colorful and tasty.
I was here a few times. The food is always fresh and delicious. The price is unbeatable in California. For the first time I had two enchiladas with Mexican potatoes and zucchini. It was a large dish loaded with delicious fresh ingredients (see half at home for midnight snack). The second time we did the exercises, the Fajitas for two are a festival. A thick layer of vegetables, tons of chicken, super delicate skirt steak and 6 large shrimps. Two groups of pages and sour cream Guacammol copied tomatoes
I was planning a wedding after party from Seattle which is not an easy thing to do. I researched at least a dozen of restaurants in Redondo beach surrounding areas, finally landed on the Original Red Onion in Rolling Hills Estates. All because the manager Ivan Flores was very responsive. He made the long distance planning so much easier. Our party was on Sunday May 29. Ivan gave us a private outdoor tent, we had plenty of space for 40 guests. Our server Joe was most attentive, helped with everything I need. All my guests were comfortable and properly served, the food was great, the margaritas were awesome. Adults and children had a fabulous time!
Yum, that was a wonderful experience. Had the Red Onion salad and sweet corn tamale, both incredible. My husband had a combination plate and was also happy. We will definitely be back!! The waiting staff was really pleasant and we didn't wait long for something.
